O prazo limite que havia sido prorrogado encerra dia 31 de julho \u00e1s 17:00 hrs<\/strong>\u00a0para cadastro dos despachantes ao novo procedimento de acesso ao mercante e para evitar preju\u00edzos com mercadorias paradas gerando custos e atrasos na linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o respons\u00e1vel legal fa\u00e7a a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de seus despachantes aduaneiros como \u201crepresentantes\u201d.<\/p>\n

Essa nova op\u00e7\u00e3o permitir\u00e1 que os importadores (consignat\u00e1rios), atrav\u00e9s de seus respons\u00e1veis legais, realizem as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es do cadastramento da empresa e seus despachantes aduaneiros no sistema do mercante.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0A atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de representante do consignat\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 feita no\u00a0Sistema Mercante<\/strong>\u00a0(www.mercante.transportes.gov.br<\/a>), atrav\u00e9s do\u00a0e-CPF\u00a0do respons\u00e1vel legal;
\n– \u00a0Somente o\u00a0respons\u00e1vel legal, cadastrado como\u00a0\u201cPreposto\/Dirigente\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0no Siscomex, poder\u00e1 incluir os representantes (despachantes aduaneiros) no sistema Mercante;
\n–\u00a0\u00a0Os\u00a0despachantes\u00a0a serem cadastrados, dever\u00e3o estar cadastrados no\u00a0Siscomex\/Radar<\/strong>, como\u00a0\u201crepresentante legal\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(como de costume).<\/p>\n
