{"id":1451,"date":"2021-06-03T21:35:13","date_gmt":"2021-06-04T00:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mastersul.com.br\/nf-e-nota-fiscal-eletronica-exportacao\/"},"modified":"2022-11-14T10:33:37","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T13:33:37","slug":"nf-e-nota-fiscal-eletronica-exportacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mastersul.com.br\/es\/nf-e-nota-fiscal-eletronica-exportacao\/","title":{"rendered":"NF-e (NOTA FISCAL ELETR\u00d4NICA) &#8211; EXPORTA\u00c7\u00c3O"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde o dia 03\/07\/2017 as NF-e para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, devem ser emitidas de acordo com as Unidades de Medidas Estat\u00edsticas utilizadas no SISCOMEX, conforme Nota T\u00e9cnica 2016\/001.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O disposto nesta NT 2016\/001 aplica-se apenas aos contribuintes que operem no Com\u00e9rcio Exterior, relativamente \u00e0s notas fiscais relacionadas a opera\u00e7\u00f5es de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Tabela de Unidades de Medidas Tribut\u00e1veis no Com\u00e9rcio Exterior<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com.br\/url?sa=t&#038;rct=j&#038;q=&#038;esrc=s&#038;source=web&#038;cd=1&#038;cad=rja&#038;uact=8&#038;ved=0ahUKEwjntcz-nfLUAhUCfZAKHd8NCcwQFggiMAA&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nfe.fazenda.gov.br%2Fportal%2FexibirArquivo.aspx%3Fconteudo%3DAxGR9dPwVBM%3D&#038;usg=AFQjCNFJ-e1EnEM5SlNbI-Jv4iGXwxalfQ\">Nota T\u00e9cnica 2016\/001<\/a> implantada desde o dia 03\/07\/2017, com objetivo de padronizar da Tabela de Unidades de Medidas Tribut\u00e1veis no Com\u00e9rcio Exterior (Utrib) utilizada na NF-e, de acordo com a tabela de Unidades de Medidas Estat\u00edsticas &#8211; UME utilizadas no SISCOMEX, ambas conforme recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial das Aduanas &#8211; OMA para unidades de medidas estat\u00edsticas utilizadas no com\u00e9rcio exterior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2013 Em virtude do setor privado ter relatado dificuldades em alguns processos relacionados ao SISCOMEX, sendo de responsabilidade da Secretaria da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) e da Secretaria de Com\u00e9rcio Exterior (Secex), ser\u00e3o revertidos 585 dos mais de 10 mil c\u00f3digos da tabela para as medidas usadas anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abaixo tabelas dispon\u00edveis:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfe.fazenda.gov.br\/portal\/exibirArquivo.aspx?conteudo=75ukfHPJ0dA=\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>NCM e respectivas Utrib que come\u00e7aram a vigorar desde 03\/07\/2017:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfe.fazenda.gov.br\/portal\/exibirArquivo.aspx?conteudo=75ukfHPJ0dA=\">Tabela de Unidades de Medidas Tribut\u00e1veis no Com\u00e9rcio Exterior &#8211; NT 2016.001.
